Anthony 'Scooter' Teague was born Edwin Ardell Teague in Jacksboro, Texas. Teague first appeared on television on The Danny Thomas Show,[1] Alcoa Theatre,[2] and The Donna Reed Show.[3] In film he appeared as"Big Deal" in West Side Story (1961),[4] as "Bud Frump" in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (1967)[5] and as "Clarence" in the Elvis Presley film The Trouble with Girls (1969). On Broadway Teague played "Jimmy Curry" in the original cast of 110 In The Shade,[6] and "Billy Early" in No, No, Nanette.[7] He died in 1989 from cancer.
