According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 7.4 square miles (19.2 km²), all of it land. Demographics As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 87 people, 42 households, and 24 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 11.7 people per square mile (4.5/km²). There were 57 housing units at an average density of 7.7/sq mi (3.0/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 96.55% White, 1.15% from other races, and 2.30% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.30% of the population. There were 42 households out of which 16.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.6% were married couples living together, 9.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.5% were non-families. 19.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.07 and the average family size was 2.36. In the CDP the population was spread out with 11.5% under the age of 18, 4.6% from 18 to 24, 25.3% from 25 to 44, 40.2% from 45 to 64, and 18.4% who were 65 years of age or older.
